Notes
I had my running partner with me for this one. We are dog sitting Bruno so I wanted to tire him out. It's been a while since he's run but he was a champ. I couldn't have kept going and going at this pace but he was beat. The weather wasn't that great at times it was windy with little hail pieces flying in our faces. The trail was muddy but it was just a fun run. This is why I love to run!
