Notes

The goal was for a little longer but my stomach was telling me something on the 2nd mile that I just couldn't ignore anymore in mile 8 so I cut it a couple miles short. I still think I've accomplished what I wanted. I'll be on a plane for 10 hours tonight and I want to sleep so I think this should help getting me to sleep.
