Ugh. Knee felt some discomfort so I cut my run short. It was raining and cold and I forgot my gloves. I'm in a funk, not mentally, but physically. It really sucks and it feels like in the past couple weeks I've put on 10 pounds but it's probably closer to 3-4 because of reduction in running and increase in food intake (damn business trips!). I'll get back to it soon, but it's just a bummer.
