Did 2 mins hard I pace 1 min recovery+1 min at I pace 30 sec recovery +30 sec at I pace 30 sec recovery. Actually felt good for this run and was surprised. Got tougher towards the end but managed well. Good workout if need to get a workout in but not feeling it mentally.
