Notes
A long run with a 25 minute Fartlek in the middle.
Overall, this was a good run for me. I went out on the bike yesterday and my legs were tired from that but I know I'm going to need to learn to run tired again for London. Rob, Brian and I took turns leading for different periods of time and it was enjoyable. I actually felt better at mile 12 than at mile 4 and decided to take it all the way to 14 since that is where my long runs have been and London is always on my mind. This ended a better week for me.
