MDRA Lake Johanna 4 mile
I'm not quite sure why my watch didn't work properly but that's okay.
This was tough considering I didn't get a good warmup in. I did want to get some pace work in and this allowed me to do that. I got out a little fast (5:52ish) and my next two miles were a little slower but I finished strong. I wish my splits would have registered. I think this was good considering I already had 66 miles in this week before this run and I wasn't 100% but the speed work was nice. I'm happy I finished at 5:58/mi pace and it is another thing I can feel good about.
