8 miles total with 5 x 1:30 hard (1:30 recovery) and 5 x 30 s hard (45 sec recovery)
I had 5 x 1:00 and Brian and 5 x 1:30 so we decided to do his workout. I felt pretty good on this run and the weather was perfect. We did a few laps of Lake Harriet. I felt my left glute tighten up on the 5th of 5 1:30 repeats but I was able to finish that repeat and run the other ones well.
