This run was ok. I wasn't feeling great when I started but I warmed up well. I think it felt hard just because I haven't run this distance at this pace in a while. It was a good run to get some speed work going again. I feel good if I do some shorter, speed work and I'll slowly build up to the longer stuff. Solid run.
