I wasn't sure how this was going to go today but I ended up running better than I thought. I started well and was on pace during the 8 minute interval until I got to this long climb that slowed my pace. I ended a little slow afterwards finishing the 8:00 @ 5:52/mi pace. Not an ideal start but I battled and ran the two four minute parts much better. I was fast on both and ran the last one minute well too. This was good as I showed I could overcome a tough start. Overall, a good run.
