I started coming down with a cold that Kate had and I was very congested going into this. I had to work in the evening and I figured I would go for it. I actually ran pretty well but had a few coughing fits and had to extend the recovery. It was annoying but Kate had a cold for two weeks and I finally caught it. I am just lucky that mine was mild compared to hers and I have been able to run. The effort was very high because of this and knowing I only had to run hard a few minutes at a time was helpful. A good run with a very good effort.
