5 moderate miles in a long run. I had 6-7 on the schedule but I stopped after 5 as I don't want to over do things and I was getting up to the threshold of where I'm at right now. I ran these 5 a little faster than I had planned on too so that probably played into it but with Rob and Anthony running a slightly faster workout, I ended up staying near them even though I was trying to hold back a bit.
This run ended up well for me and I stayed healthy. I was looking for 6:50-7:00/mi pace for the moderate miles and ended up averaging 6:44/mi. I'm pleased with that.
