I worked a double on Thursday night into Friday morning so I did my long run Saturday. This means I was up for 36+ hours before going to bed on Friday night and I was still very tired this morning. This was probably my slowest long run in a long time but I didn't try and push it any more. As I started to wake up, I picked it up a bit and had a good run.
I am feeling healthier each day though. My plantar fasciitis is almost gone and my groin/hammy is getting better.
