2 x 1K @ 5:35/mi (3:00 recovery), 2 x 600 m @ 5:30/mi (3:00 recovery), 4 x 200 m hard (200 m recovery)
This was a weird run for me. I needed an extra rest day since I felt terrible on Thursday after two long days of work. I felt good this morning and I ran well for the 1Ks and 600s. I was a little fast on each of those and I felt good about that. When it came to the 200s, I just didn't run as well as I have. The last time I ran 200s, I hit those under 36 seconds and I believe it was closer to 35 s. My legs just didn't have the turnover today though and I don't know why. Overall, a good workout for me but I'm not pleased with the finish.
