Notes

This is going to be a build-up run based on feel vs. actual paces.

6 miles at a comfortable pace. The next 2.5 miles are going to be building the effort in a upwardly linear fashion, slowly inching the effort every couple minutes. Start out at a pace just easier than moderate and close the 3 miles finishing at ~10k effort for the final few minutes. Between there is all paces between. Worth mentioning again that it's all about perceived effort and not actual paces here.

Run easy after to get you to 10 miles.

Pretty good workout. This is my third run with weather in the teens so that is taking some getting used to. The first mile felt tough as I was getting used to it but the second felt better and I ran sub-7 on both. Looking back now, I may have been mistaken and only ran hard for another 0.5 miles instead of a whole mile. If I did that wrong, I'm sorry. Either way, I was feeling good for that and ran it well. This was a good run and it was nice to average 7:30 throughout.
