15 minutes at 6:00-6:10/mi, 10 minutes at 5:50-6:00/mi.
Solid run with Brian. We had some rough footing out there in spots but we managed to be consistent throughout. I felt good through the workout but it would have been hard running this alone. I'm happy, especially since I fell off pace on the last 5 minutes due to some bad footing but worked really hard over the last 2 minutes to stay on pace for that interval. Brian had built a little bit of a lead as I slipped but he could hear me coming back on him. Good finish.
