Notes
Well I didn't quite do my scheduled workout because I had to do my long run a day early since we are back to work tomorrow. I was still going to attempt a fast finish but I was just feeling exhausted from a long week and my right groin started acting up when I picked up the pace. It felt pretty bad so I backed off and it felt a little better. I decided to add a little bit on since I wouldn't do my scheduled workout tomorrow which is fine. I think an easy day will be nice and I'm glad I didn't push it yet I still put in a solid long run with a negative split. It wasn't an ideal weekend as I would have liked to have done the fast finish but it was better than nothing.
