As indicated by the paces, this was a workout where I put in the effort but I didn't have the pace. I ran the first mile of the 15 minutes fast but then I never matched it. I didn't feel like I had the legs today and I just felt tired. I don't have any good excuses for it but it just wasn't my day. I ran hard but I couldn't keep up with Brian today. It was good to have another 14 mile day but the pace wasn't there.
