GI issues summed up this race and Puke's Peak almost became Poop's peak. I had a stop at 3.5 where I stopped my watch but the GI issues held me back from attacking this. Still ok with my time. I think that if I didn't have GI issues, I would have been under 43 flat. Nothing I can do about that. It ended up being a good workout though.
