6-5-4-3-2-1 min with 2:00 recovery (6:10/mi, 6:00/mi, 5:50/mi, 5:40/mi, 5:30/mi, GO)
For my first hard workout in a at least a week, it felt good. It was a foggy, humid day but the temp was good so I enjoyed running. I also enjoyed running on the road since it is open for runners right now. This workout went pretty well and I'm happy about it. I needed this.
