5-4-3-2-1 at 6:30/6:20/6:15/6:10/Go
This is probably one of my best runs in a while. I was feeling ok and I ran well. I have struggled on other workouts but this one just felt right today. My favorite part was when I was running the 3:00 segment and a old guy on a bike pulled up next to me just as I started. He was riding about 10 mph so I was doing the interval fast but it was fun to stick right next to him but also a little weird. This made me feel good.
