Quality long run today. I didn't have any pace goals and I just ran by feel. It was also the first time in over a year that I ran more than 12 miles so I knew it would be a challenge. I felt pretty good and I just went for it. I felt good for about 11 of the miles and then I started to fatigue. I struggled a little over the last few miles and my glute felt a little tight but I was going to get the 14 done. I stopped at one point near the end because I felt fatigued and dehydrated but I finished it.
I'm happy with this. I'm going to try and go 14 when I can now depending on the weather.
