Notes
I was feeling a little more rested today since I took Thursday off of work and it really helped. I ran about two miles and then met Brian. I stayed around him during his fartlek and I felt pretty comfortable. I didn't expect to run this fast as it was to be our first 90 degree day but I ran early enough to stay out of most of the heat. It was still hot and sunny though and made it pretty tough. Overall, this was a pretty good run for me.
