This was a solid run for me. I hit all of the paces I was supposed to hit for the workout. I had good workout partners in Brian and Anthony and we worked really well together (I'll miss that next week). I felt a hammy tighten on the 400 and it felt ok enough to run the last 200 m repeats and it feels good now but it is something to watch for. I am more than pleased with this one.
