I'm glad to see Minnehaha Academy is leaving their track open for the summer so I can get some good workouts in. I thought this was a pretty good workout for me. It was just me and one other guy on the track so I was able to maintain some social distance which was good.

I felt pretty good but I can tell my body is really tired from work. I felt as though I have good speed but I was really feeling it towards the end. I don't have the strength right now but I know how much work is taking a toll on me so I understand and I'm not worried. I think a good summer of speed work will be good for me since I'm not really planning on any races right now since so much is up in the air.
