Pretty good run but about where I am from a fitness level. I was feeling sluggish after a busy day and the first minute felt awful but then I started to warm up. It was good to have some faster paces and I was in the 5:40-5:50 range but I'm not sure how long I could hold those. The first two minute one felt solid but the second one was a bit tougher although I was able to get a little faster.
I'm not in great shape but I have been getting a little better lately. Still have a long way to go.
