Notes

A pretty good hill workout. We started at the bottom of St. Thomas hill and climbed it and then went up and over to the parking lot before turning around and going back up and over. Then, we did a hard downhill part before taking a short recovery. The faster downhill was tricky as the first part was icy so I didn't start each of those as fast as I would have liked but then ran well down and each one was faster. It ended up being a tempo run throughout and I averaged about 7:36/mi even with a few rests that didn't cover any ground. Great workout.
