4:00 @ 6:30/mi, 3:00 @ 6:15/mi, 2:00 @ 5:59/mi, 1:00 @ GO (2:00 recoveries)
This was a pretty good run today and it is my first time doing speed work in a while. My hamstring held up and I ran pretty well. The 4:00 rep was into a solid wind and I felt good and the first part of the 3:00 rep was too but then I had some wind at my back. I felt pretty good today and I am pleased with this run.
