I had a progression run today but everything caught up to me and I hit the wall. I ran about 1.3 miles of the progression and I was done. My body was just tired and my mind was even more tired. I didn't have anything today. I was done. I felt broken. Work has been really tough on me and I spent a lot of time lately on the COVID floor. It all got to me. I just needed to regroup and run but as you can see, things got slower and slower. This week will be a rest week.
