2 x 1200 m @ 6:00-6:10/mi, 3:00 recovery, 3 x 30 seconds @ 5K effort, 1:00 recovery
Although this only had 1200 m intervals, it felt like a lot because I haven't really done intervals in a while. I felt good for about half of it and then I started to remember what intervals were like. It was a bit of a wake up call since I feel a little out of shape but I know I haven't done the work in a while. It was a good start and I felt better on the short repeats.
