5 x 3:00 @ 6:15/mi, 2:00 recovery
I was lucky to find a half mile stretch that was pretty clear to do this on. This was the hardest workout I've done in a while and I know I'm out of shape. It didn't help that I had a cold all of the week before and only ran 1 mile a day. I ran the first one well but I needed an extra minute recovery as it brought all the junk up that I still had and I felt like I had to throw up. I rebounded though and ran the others pretty well although I was pretty tired going into the fifth one. I think it was a combination of being out of shape and getting over an illness but I got it done. That part felt good.
