Notes
This was supposed to be 3 miles easy, 4 tempo (6:00-6:10/mi) and 5 easy.
I really didn't have it today. I woke up tired and really couldn't get the turnover I wanted and even the first tempo mile felt tough. I was a little slower on the rest of it because I just struggled a little bit. I know I'm not in bad shape but I'm just a little tired and it is hard to get up for some workouts right now. This too shall pass.
