(1:15 recovery jogs)
Repeat the above 1 time with a 5:00 jog between sets. Total of 2 sets.
I ended up starting this early so I could get done with most of it and then meet Brian for the last 8 miles. I thought I could do the miles on the track and then I realized that I was going to meet him at home and it was still further in to my run than expected so I did the second 1 mile on my run home to meet him. It was a decent run overall and it felt really good to run 14 miles for the first time in a while. I hope to do a few more 14 milers as the weather cools.
