I didn't think I would run this well. I really surprised myself with the ability to do this workout. I thought I would fade by the end but I guess I'm in better shape than I expected. I kept pushing it and even though Rob and Anthony had more in the tank and went faster than our goal paces on the last two, I kept pushing at my goal and hit it. I'll take it.
