6 miles easy, 3 miles at 6:30-6:40/mi, 3 mile cool down.
I started sluggish getting used to the heat and humidity but slowly built into it. I ran the first faster mile controlled and slowly picked it up a bit. I was running well on the last one so I kept the faster pace. I did this more so because I have not been running with a lot of confidence lately and since I felt I could continue, I would go for it. I was right and kept the fast pace. I feel a little better about things after the long runs with good company.
