4:00 @ 5:40/mi, 3:00 @ 5:35/mi, 2:00 @ 5:30/mi, 1:00 @ GO! (2:00 recovery).
Short, quick workout. I did this Wednesday morning since it was really hot Tuesday and I couldn’t run on Tuesday morning. It was nice to do a short but hard workout and I felt pretty good, even with the heat. I was about on pace for the first two parts and then really hit it during the last two. That felt good. I’m pleased with this one.
