I was hoping to do this on Wednesday but had to push it to Thursday. I thought it would be good but I didn't look at the forecast and didn't see the snow coming. The first one was tough because I was on the trails and they were all slushy but then I jumped to the road and eventually found a back and forth section away from cars that let me pick it up a bit. Once I got there, I started feeling good and was able to run the workout picking it up each 15 seconds. This was the first workout in a couple weeks where I really started to feel like myself again. I felt more normal again and was able to run this well.
