3 miles easy, 2 @ 6:30-6:40/mi, 2 @ 6:20-6:30/mi, 1 @ 6:10-6:20/mi, 1 @ 6:00-6:10/mi, 1 @ GO!, 4 miles easy.
I joined Rob and Brian for this nice run. The temp was great at 63 and the humidity was at a minimum. I felt really strong through the first four pace miles which was a good sign. I knew that this would be a good workout because of that. I tried to finish with a really strong GO mile but could not quite keep up with the speed of Rob and Brian. However, I finished with a good 5:52 mile and I'm happy with that. I had three good workouts this week and that makes me feel good going into a tough week of work.
