2 easy, 3 moderate, 4 x 1:00 @ 5K effort (2:00 recovery), 4 x 30 seconds at mile effort (2:00 recovery).
Shorter long run this week and it went well. I felt pretty good during the moderate and I knew that Brian and Anthony would pull away from me on the 1:00 intervals but I managed to hold my own on the 30 second ones. I hit 0.10 mi on all of them which is really solid for me. I'll take it. Good week.
