Tough run. Still sore from last run and started out way to fast. No walk breaks per say ... nothing over 10 seconds but slowed down quite a bit to catch breath. Not sure why im having such a hard time pacing unless I really just lost that much fitness. Second mile much better but still didnt feel confident.
Lungs were much better and it was dark and I was weary of side walk cracks and stuff so could have contributed a bit to the time as well as the huge mud puddles I seemed to find :) At any rate, I am confident that I will get it back and be able to comfortably hit at least 13 min for my easy pace. Need to go back and see what I was running for previous easy.
No pain, heel or toe .. so thats good. Great actually!
**** edited .. looking back my avg for easy is 13:38-14:00 ... so I guess I am in range. Just want it to feel better and EASY :)
