BEAUTIFUL run! After Sundays run it felt great to get back out there and complete thoroughly. Sunday is behind me and its a new start!
First half mile was creeky. Heel was hurting a bit. I decided to take out my superfeet and try the sock liners with heel lifts and was thinking at first it didnt help.
I was wrong. After .5 pain went away and I was in my groove! Music was great, trail was great (even saw a Doe) and managed to keep easy even pace throughout run.
Felt great to run it all and with no pain!
Drank Chocolate Milk for refuel and had stomach cramps again :( Thinking I need to find a dairy free alternative for recovery drink.
