decent run. Minimal walk breaks, less than 10 seconds x prob 3-4 to catch breath. Was running on country road and had to run on dirt/rock side when cars would come by. Started feeling pain on left foot in ball of foot under toes. Was strange and completely new. Guessing / hoping from terrain but will keep eye on it. It was almost like my toe pain but on my other foot. so odd.

Run felt pretty good tho. Beautiful weather, no rain and stayed pretty steady it looks like altho I think I had times of pushing and then backing off given needing to catch breath. Maybe I should start wearing HR monitor. Wishing I was in shape like I was before. I remember when 3 was walk in part, now its pretty tough. I know it will come back!
