Notes
It was a nice sunny, but not to warm night in Eisenhower Park for the Police Appreciation Run, good race, got caught up in a lot of slow traffic in the beginning, but I ran it how I wanted, not rushing to get injured, I kept it at a 3:2 RB through out the whole race and still negitive split it, Great after Party w/Bill and Patrick Ingle chatted and tipped one with us. Bill came in 2 AG.
