Last track work out for "2016" with coach Ed...Cold & windy, cold part was tough enough, but the wind...grr!, lived to tell, went good...12 by 400, first 8 with 1 min rest, last 4 with full 400m recovery...when I got home after I shaved my noise started to start running like crazy...ha!
