Hmm, well, if I didn't race on Wednesday night, I'd of got myself a new PR for the 4mile, but, I came in 2nd and got a ribbon in that race so, I'm happy I did; but, I'm also hurtin in the lower back stil (ng) and also the hip area?", gotta start checking on what I can do (stop racing so much lol)...have to take 3 off then do an ez and see.
