Very HOT & Still, not a slight breeze, hate the wind, need a little tonight, well i took off @ 7:08 1st mile split, too fast, then 7:38, at the 2 mile i new i was in trouble, some how even though i couldn't run cardiac (beat me) i ran my fastest Sunken 10k...not happy with how i felt through this whole race. Bill did the deed 6:57 avg pace and 1st easily. pretty good post race party.
