25 minutes on my TM, first 10 @ L5 with zero % incline, then up 1% along with speed for 5 minutes to incline @ 5% & speed @ 5.5, then back down the same for 5 minutes to L5 & zero incline, plus 5 minutes @ L6speed, then outside AMB X1@ a tempo pace. It was freezing outside for my loop, ran a little faste,r my head & legs were cold!
