Well it was a bit Cold & Windy, I started ok but going buy my splits didn't run it that good, I can't go from just easy runs to race for 6.2 miles at even a 7:30 pace, I killed my self in the last 1.2, it did help...ha!, Bill took bronze (new 60 year olds) we had a good time for the awards, tipping a few cold Buds...
