The weather was just how i want it for a summer run series race, very sunny and hot "but" at least on the dry side, I wasn't feeling like i was ready to kill but with my right knee staring to give me a little pain brain connection I was being on the look out, ya know...the start was crowded but i was taking it a little easier then bethpage, came through the 1st mile split @ 7:28...great, I had a young lady, won't say her name helping me push it a little, she past me after the 1st, not pacing right, then I passed her, then she cam rom behind me just after the last hill into the 3rd...sorry my legs were still there, good bye...by 2 seconds, that was fun. No Bill, 3 piss warm beers that i tossed and went home 5 to 8...Wow...better not happen @ Hempstead Lake...
