Sunny and not to cold, still in my 2 in 1 running shorts.
TM start, 5 min. walk, then 10 mins. @ L5, from there, + .05 speed & 1 % incline every min. for tem mins. to L6 speed & a 10 % incline, then I hit the road to try out a new loop in my hood, wound up being 2.31 mile.
