I didn't start up front far enough as I did, but what I did, I did well...Yes, got my sub 7minute per mile pace for the 1st time ever for this race, maybe the fastest raced in Eisenhower Park, 21:31 6:55 per mile, @ 3.24 miles according to my garmin?"...Bill took gold with a slow race for him @ 20:59, he was sick (lactate hell) after the race, took a while before he started tipping a few, I was still feelin great though...
